1. General refund rule

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, all sales are final after digital activation. En İyisi does not provide a voluntary full or partial refund for change of mind, unused credits or unused sponsored advertising time.

2. Digital credit packages

Credits are digital content supplied immediately to the buyer's account at the buyer's express request. After supply begins, no voluntary refund is offered for unused credits. Any statutory withdrawal right is lost only where applicable law permits this and only after the buyer has given prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right.

3. Sponsored advertising service

The 30-day sponsored advertising service begins immediately at the buyer's express request. The buyer may ask us to stop future display at any time. No voluntary refund is offered for the unused portion, except where mandatory consumer law grants a cancellation or proportionate-refund right.

4. Mandatory-law safeguard

En İyisi is operated from Türkiye and the contract chooses Turkish law where legally permitted. The business-purpose declaration does not override the true nature of a transaction or any rule that a competent authority determines cannot lawfully be excluded. If a buyer is legally treated as a consumer despite the declaration, mandatory protections in the buyer's habitual residence remain available.

5. EU/EEA and United Kingdom consumers, if legally applicable

Consumers in the EU/EEA or United Kingdom generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts. If the buyer expressly requests the sponsored advertising service to begin during that period and then validly withdraws, En İyisi may charge the proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal and will refund any remaining amount as required by applicable law. The right may be lost once the service has been fully performed, where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement were obtained.

For a credit package treated as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, withdrawal may cease when supply begins only after prior express consent and acknowledgement, and after the required contract confirmation has been provided.

6. Faulty, missing or duplicate transactions

This policy never excludes mandatory remedies for digital content or services that are not delivered, are defective, are materially different from their description, or are charged more than once. Depending on applicable law, remedies may include completion of delivery, correction, price reduction, termination or refund.

7. Failed payment and pre-activation cancellation

If the payment provider rejects or cancels the payment before it becomes final, no credits or sponsorship are activated and no completed sale arises. The time taken to release a bank authorisation depends on the issuing bank.

8. How to request cancellation or a remedy

Email destek@eniyisi.app and include the account holder's name, account email, transaction date, payment reference and the requested remedy. We will respond and process any refund within the period required by the mandatory law applicable to the transaction.
