Digital Delivery Terms

These products and services are supplied on a B2B basis for use in the service provider's trade or professional activity.

2. Delivery of credit packages

Following successful payment confirmation by the authorised payment provider, the purchased credit package is credited electronically to the buyer's En İyisi service-provider account. Delivery is completed when the credits become available in the account balance. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, credits remain valid for one year from purchase.

3. Delivery of 30-day sponsored advertising

The sponsored advertising service starts electronically after successful payment confirmation and confirmation that capacity is available in the relevant location. The service runs for 30 days from activation. The provider profile is displayed in the sponsored placements described at checkout. The purchase covers one fixed term and does not renew automatically unless the buyer gives a separate express renewal instruction.

4. Delay, technical failure or inability to supply

If payment is taken but digital delivery does not occur, contact destek@eniyisi.app with the payment details. We will complete delivery or remedy the technical failure. If supply becomes impossible, we will notify the buyer and refund the amount collected using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.

5. Delivery records

Payment confirmation, credit movements, sponsorship activation and expiry, and contract acceptance may be recorded electronically. Invoice and contract records are generated using the information supplied at checkout and retained as required by applicable law.
