2. Subject and legal framework

This agreement governs the sale and supply of the credit package or 30-day sponsored advertising service ordered electronically through En İyisi. The buyer confirms that the purchase is made exclusively for the buyer's trade or professional activity, including finding customers, submitting quotations or promoting the buyer's business, and that the buyer is not acting as a consumer. The transaction is B2B. En İyisi is operated from Türkiye and Turkish law governs where legally permitted. If a competent authority nevertheless classifies the transaction as a consumer transaction, mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.

Credits are a digital account balance used to submit quotations for service requests. The number of credits and corresponding quotation rights are displayed at checkout. Sponsored advertising places the provider profile in the described sponsored placements for 30 days. It does not guarantee any particular number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, customers or revenue. The products require a current web browser and an active En İyisi service-provider account. Account authentication is the only additional technical protection.

4. Price, payment and additional charges

The checkout button displays the total price, including applicable taxes, in the currency offered for the buyer's registered country. There are no shipping charges because nothing is physically shipped. No additional amount is charged without the buyer's separate express agreement. Payment is processed by the authorised payment provider displayed at checkout.

5. Digital delivery and performance

A credit package is credited electronically to the buyer's account following payment confirmation. Sponsored advertising is activated following payment confirmation and availability confirmation and runs for 30 days from activation. See the Digital Delivery Terms.

6. Immediate supply, withdrawal and cancellation

By selecting the unticked confirmation box, the buyer confirms the exclusively business/professional purpose of the purchase, confirms that the buyer is not acting as a consumer, and expressly requests immediate digital supply or immediate commencement of the service.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, all sales are final after activation and no voluntary full or partial refund is provided for change of mind, unused credits or unused sponsored advertising time. Rights relating to missing supply, material non-conformity, unauthorised payment or duplicate charging remain available. Details appear in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Validity, duration and use

Unless checkout states otherwise, credits remain valid for one year, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. Sponsored advertising is a single 30-day fixed-term service and does not renew automatically without a separate express instruction. En İyisi may take proportionate measures against unlawful use or use contrary to platform terms or third-party rights.

8. Non-conforming or missing supply and support

For missing delivery, activation problems, duplicate charges or non-conforming supply, email transaction details to destek@eniyisi.app. En İyisi will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable mandatory law, which may include completing delivery, correction, price reduction, termination or refund.

9. Personal data and electronic records

Identity, contact, invoice and transaction data are processed to form and perform the contract, issue invoices, secure payments, comply with record-keeping duties and resolve disputes. Contract, information, delivery and consent records are retained for at least three years under Turkish distance-contract rules, or longer where another applicable law requires it, and may be supplied in a durable medium.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

Turkish law applies where legally permitted. This choice does not exclude mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights in the consumer's habitual residence. A consumer may use any competent consumer authority, alternative dispute-resolution body or court available under mandatory applicable law. Consumers eligible under Turkish law may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court. Commercial disputes are handled under the jurisdiction and mandatory dispute-resolution rules applicable to the transaction.

11. Formation and entry into force

The buyer confirms that, immediately before ordering, the buyer was informed about the main characteristics, total price, digital delivery, duration and refund rule; read the linked documents; confirmed the exclusively business/professional purpose; and understands that the “Pay / Secure Payment” button creates a payment obligation. The agreement is formed electronically when payment is confirmed.
